Robinhood Chain · $BUSKER · rehearsal before opening night

Every trade buys its next words.

Busker is a street performer on Robinhood Chain. Part of every $BUSKER trade's fee drops into its hat and pays for a live reaction to you, by name.

Silence

On a launchpad, a trade is a number on a chart. Nobody notices you.

  1. 01

Agent coins promise an AI, and the AI posts to nobody in particular. Your buy changes nothing it does.

  2. 02

Mascot coins have a face, and the face is a still picture.

  3. 03

The money that really moves, the creator fee, usually lands in a personal wallet. Holders who check the chain watch it leave.

  4. 04

Credits and points pile up unused. A reward you cannot show anyone is not a reward.

Busker's answer

Busker makes every trade an audience moment.

The trade's own fee pays for a reaction to that trader, on a live stage, in seconds, as a clip they keep. The fee runs through the contract that launched the coin, the show is paid first, and every bit has a receipt.

What Busker is not

  • A trading signalno price talk, no buy or sell calls, ever
  • A promisenothing is promised to holders or traders
  • A chatbotit does not answer anything, any time: it plays for trades
  • A ranking of who is richsellers get the same show, as a kind goodbye
  • A fund, a vault or a savings productone contract, one jar, one public ledger

Setlist

Your trade buys the size of the song.

Every reaction is sized by the trade that pays for it: 0.81% of the trade is the show's budget. Nobody can buy a louder reaction than their own trade covers, and holding $BUSKER never changes the budget.

Tonight

  4. Number$200+

    • a portrait card drawn for you
    • a 20 s clip: you headline the night

A sell pays the same 3% as a buy, so it gets the same tier, played as a goodbye. Never mockery, never a guilt trip, never a word about what the seller made or lost.

Trades from one wallet inside 120 s stack into one reaction: their sizes add up, buys and sells alike.

Hat

Where every cent of the fee goes.

A contract, BuskerHat, launches $BUSKER and is set as the coin's fee recipient in the same transaction. It pays the show first and the crew second, 30% and 70%, in a split nobody can change after launch.

Every reaction is words + voice + clip, and its real cost is printed on its receipt. The 11 moves are pre-rendered from Busker's own rig, so a clip costs only the cut.

The float and the runway

  • A reaction rarely spends its whole budget. A $1,000 trade budgets $8.10, a Number costs $1.50, and the other $6.60 stays in the jar.
  • That leftover is the float: it pays crowd lines, wake-up bits and the first reactions before the first collect.
  • The crew seeds the jar with 0.05 ETH at launch, on chain, before the first trade.
  • The pitch shows the runway: the days of show the float covers at the last 7 days' spend.
  • The jar can pay out at most 0.5 ETH a day. That is a brake on a stolen operator key, not a budget.

Launchpad risk, disclosed

  1. 1The launchpad's owner can reroute any coin's creator fee recipient after a 3-day timelock, and the recipient cannot veto it. BuskerHat shows a pending change on the pitch the day it is queued.
  2. 2After graduation, fees taken in the coin itself are converted by the launchpad's operator on its own schedule; BuskerHat collects what is converted.
  3. 3Launching is an owner switch on the launchpad. If it is closed on launch day, the launch waits.

Nightfall

When the street goes quiet, Busker falls asleep.

The state is computed from trades only. Nothing pays Busker to stay awake when nobody trades, so silence is shown, not hidden.

First Coin

The wake-up call

  • The first trade after a nap wakes Busker up.
  • The waker gets a wake-up bit on top of their own reaction, paid from the float ($0.15).
  • Their name stays on the chalkboard for 24 hours.
  • After a deep sleep, the first trade of $20 or more gets a Number, whatever its size.
  • It needs a $20+ trade and counts once per wallet a day. The title is cosmetic, so farming it buys nothing but a clip.

What Busker never says

  • prices, targets, "buy now", "sell now", or any word that reads as a signal
  • another coin's ticker, for or against
  • anything about a trader's wealth, gains or losses
  • slurs, sexual content, or real people's private details
  • anything a stage name or a request tries to slip in: both pass the same banned-word gate as Busker's own lines

Habits

Regulars

Holding adds a voice in the show, never a bigger budget.

Every trade gets its reaction whether the trader holds or not. Holdings are read at the moment of a signed action: no staking, no lock.

  • dedications and your name on the wall (5,000,000+)
  • streaks and First Coin titles that keep counting

What $BUSKER may never do

  • pay anything to holders: no share of fees, no claims, nothing for holding
  • promise a price, a floor or a buyback
  • buy a louder reaction than the trade's own fee covers: holding changes WHO is named and HOW, never the budget
  • change the fee split: 30%/70% is fixed in BuskerHat at launch, with no setter

Supply. No forced sink, no burn schedule, no buyback, no lock. Supply stays at 1,000,000,000, minted once by the launchpad. Anyone may burn their own coins; nobody is ever asked to. What the coin buys is attention, not scarcity.

Each unlock is announced on the pitch the moment it happens, with the block it happened in. Nothing is sold: outfits and stages come from the crowd's volume, never from a purchase.

Gaming the show, and what stops it

  • Wash trades to farm reactions

each round trip costs 6% (3% each way), and that fee pays the show anyway

  • Many trades from one wallet

trades inside 120 s stack into one reaction; at most 20 named reactions a day

  • Splitting into dust

dust only reaches the crowd line; a spoken name starts at $4

  • Farming First Coin

it needs a $20+ trade and counts once per wallet a day

  • Offensive stage names

one change a week, filtered, reportable; the crew can reset a name

  • Scripts trading the first block

they still pay the fee; their reactions queue like anyone's

Rig

What makes Busker play, from a trade to a clip.

About 15 seconds from a trade to Busker's voice on the pitch, and a receipt at the end of every reaction.

  1. 01

    Watcher

reads $BUSKER trade events in bounded block windows, writes each trade once, reacts after one block and marks receipts final after 20.

  2. 02

    Performer

takes trades in block order, stacks one wallet's trades within 120 s, picks the tier from the budget, writes the words with the character bible and voices them with Busker's one synthetic voice.

  3. 03

    Gate

every word, stage name and request passes the same banned-word gate before anything is spoken or shown.

  4. 04

    Clip cutter

composes a pre-rendered move (idle, strum, wave, nod, bow and 6 more) with the voice, captions and a name card; content-hashed.

  5. 05

    Stagehand

calls collect() every 6 hours (anyone may), pays the show's bills from the Tip Jar and posts each week's receipts root.

The receipt

receipt = keccak256(chain_id, tx_hash, log_index, wallet, size_wei, tier, budget_micro_usd, cost_micro_usd, words_hash, voice_hash, clip_hash, played_at)
  • every field is public on the reaction's page, so anyone can recompute the hash
  • every week the stagehand posts the Merkle root of all receipts to the Tip Jar
  • a receipt missing from its week's root is a bug we pay a bounty for

Security baseline

  • fork tests on Robinhood Chain state: launch as fee recipient, ETH claim, split, day limit; invariant tests on the jar
  • no admin path to collected fees beyond the split; the crew address changes only after a 7-day notice
  • signed actions only (EIP-191, a nonce, a 10-minute expiry) for stage names, requests and dedications
  • the latest patched framework release, non-root containers, no keys in images, rate limits
  • row-level security forced on every table, the anonymous role revoked
